Upon final payment, clients receive non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide rights to the bespoke deliverables created specifically for their organization.

3. Limitation of Liability

AD SolutionsX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of our software products and systems.

2. Safe Harbor

We will not take legal action or request law enforcement investigations against researchers who disclose vulnerabilities in good faith, provided they give us reasonable time to patch the issue before making details public.
